Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place 1/2-bag frozen fish sticks in a single layer on shallow baking sheet. Cook for 14-16 minutes on middle rack of oven. For a crispier product, flip halfway through. Air Fry: Preset fryer to 370 degrees F. Place up to 12 frozen fish sticks in a single layer, set timer for 5 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Place frozen fish sticks in basket and cook for 3 minutes. Do not overcrowd. Drain on paper towel. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Caution: We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, some bones may be present. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not freeze.
