Cooking: Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Open package and add contents of the pea packet (Although we carefully cleaned these beans, stones and debris may be present. Please rinse and sort beans prior to cooking) into the boiling water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add contents of seasoning packet and simmer another 15 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy. Makes four 1 cup servings.
